Construction began on this landmark high rise residential complex in Covington, KY in 2006 with an expected completion in Fall, 2007. Designed by renowned architect David Libeskind, The Ascent soares 21 stories with a pre-cast concrete facade and reflective glass curtain wall. Dugan and Meyers Construction is the construction manager on this project.
