A landmark project along the Covington, KY riverfront, Madison Place is a 16-story facility offering 11 floors of class “A” office space and four levels of luxury condominiums. Exterior insulation finish system was applied to the condominium level facade, floors 12 through 16. Spectrum Interiors completed this application by erecting a scaffold system around the footprint of the building, twelve stories off the ground. Corporex was both the developer and construction manager on this project.
