Spectrum Interiors has made a pledge to our employees that at the end of the
work day, every effort will be made to return them safely home to their families.
Because of this pledge, Spectrum Interiors implimented programs and sytems to help keep
this commitment:

  • Spectrum Interiors’ Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) is .88, down nine points from
    last year.
  • Spectrum Interiors employs a full time safety director who maintains an OSHA 500
    certification.
  • Spectrum Interiors has implimented a mandatory safety glasses and protective
    glove policy.
  • Spectrum Interiors has been a long time proponent of a drug free work environment and
    require a pre-employment, post accident and reasonable suspicion drug screenings.
  • In 2004, Spectrum Interiors became one of only two contractors in the State of Kentucky to reach the STEP Platinum Level with OSHA.
  • In 2003, Spectrum achieved Platinum Level with Ohio OSHA through Associated Builders and Contractor.
  • Spectrum Interiors requires weekly Tool Box Talks on all jobsites.
